Products shipped outside of Japan may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes, and other taxes set by each country.

All orders will be shipped from Hyogo Prefecture within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. (Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays.)
During the busy holiday season, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.
Free international shipping for purchases over US$100.
Free shipping in Japan for purchases over 3000 yen.

We use JAPAN POST or Yamato Transport or UPS to deliver our products.
