Products shipped outside of Japan may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes, and other taxes set by each country.
Please check the laws of your country before making a purchase.

*For shipments to the U.S., we will handle the customs duties on your behalf, so no additional tariffs will be incurred.

All orders will be shipped from Hyogo Prefecture within 1-4 business days after payment is confirmed. (Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays.)
During the busy holiday season, please allow 7 business days for shipping.
Free international shipping for purchases over US$100. 
Free shipping in Japan for purchases over 3000 yen.

We use JAPAN POST or UPS to deliver our products.
All packages can be tracked with a tracking number.
*However, it is not possible to track within CANADA.
*Delivery may be delayed beyond the estimated time period due to shipping company reasons, but we cannot accept refunds due to delays unless the item is lost.
